I am trained as a traditional physical therapist and in my many years have been educated in and practiced many hands on holistic healing modalities. I use an intuitive approach that consists of myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, joint and soft tissue mobilization, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and traditional PT techniques.

This appointment will focus on evaluating and treating your pelvic health concerns. I have extensive education and experience in pelvic health and treat all people. Common issues I work with are urinary leakage, pelvic pain, gender affirming care including pre/post surgically, bowel/GI concerns, pre/post natal, pelvic organ prolapse and frequently second (or third) assessments on previous care and future treatment, care and management options.

I use my 30+ years of experience and listen to your history, needs, challenges you have encountered in our medical system and offer things for you to consider to further your healing or improve your ability to manage your conditions. I have built myself a reputation for offering help to people who may have complex situations or have run into road blocks within the medical system and find themselves getting lost in it or those who are not happy with what they have been offered for treatment or outcomes previously.
