Services

Pelvic Health

Whether it’s your first time seeing a pelvic health specialist or if you are looking for a second opinion, I will listen to your history and assess your individual needs in order to set up a comprehensive care plan.

Manual Therapy

An intuitive hands on treatment approach that consists of Stacy’s combination of myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, joint and soft tissue mobilization, lymphatic drainage and acupressure.

A doctors referral is NOT needed to be seen

Second Opinion

Too often in our medical system people can get lost, not feel like they have been heard and be unclear where to turn or what to do next. I listen to your story, concerns and challenges you have faced then use my education and experience to suggest next steps in your health journey.

What you can expect on your first pelvic health visit:

A first visit for a pelvic health consultation will focus on a private, comprehensive review of your medical history, symptoms and goals. Stacy will talk through your options for assessing, including an internal exam which clients are usually more comfortable choosing to have on the second visit. Typically a first visit will establish a preliminary care plan and homework that could consist of exercises, modifications to life habits or information gathering for our next session.

What to expect on your manual therapy visit:

The first visit will consist of a review of your medical history and what you would like to achieve with treatment. You will relax on a massage table wearing comfortable clothing. Stacy will work with your body with different manual therapies. Most people feel warmth, pressure, calm and deep relaxation. Falling asleep is common and perfectly fine.
