Meet Stacy

Stacy P. Troy - PT, MSOPT, DPT, PRPC

Stacy is a Physical Therapist, Certified Pelvic Health Specialist and intuitive manual therapist with a passion for helping clients in the healing process. She fiercely advocates for her clients and is committed to providing evidence-based information and services that empower individuals to make informed healthcare decisions.

She has a bachelor’s degree in PT, followed by a master’s degree specializing in orthopedic PT, with a focus on manual therapy, and a doctoral degree in PT. Throughout her career she has also pursued advanced training in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymphedema care, visceral manipulation, acupressure, soft tissue and joint mobilization, and in multiple areas of pelvic health, an area of particular specialization.

Stacy has been a lab instructor for five years at Herman and Wallace pelvic health trainings, is frequently invited to give talks in the community, and has provided training at the local midwifery school.

Stacy utilizes her hands intuitively through manual therapy to help those who are experiencing discomfort, pain, or recovering from surgery or an injury. Her goal is to optimize well-being, avoid recurrence, and to help with prevention of injuries.
