What makes you different?

2

I have the most pelvic health rehab experience in Western Massachusetts. I am a primary resource for local providers who are referring patients for pelvic health treatment. I love my job. I love my clients. I am committed (and even obsessed) about continuing my education in order to provide the best whole body care available.

What is the cost and do you take insurance?

3

Pelvic Health Consultations and treatments are $195. Manual therapy PT (not pelvic health focused) is $150/hour. Visits are typically one hour, though some clients choose up to two hours. You do not need to have a doctor’s referral to be seen.

Payment can be made in cash, check or credit card. You can use your FSA/HSA card. I do not accept insurance. Many clients may be able to submit documentation to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. I can work with clients who have Medicare for wellness care and maintenance of good health, which are not covered by Medicare.

How do out-of-network benefits work?

4

An Out-of-network practice allows one-on-one, hands-on care, a full 60 minutes per session, and creation of a customized treatment plan based on your specific needs, rather than arbitrary insurance limits.

While up-front costs are generally higher, patients often require fewer visits overall and can achieve faster results.

Choosing an out-of-network PT provides several distinct advantages:

  • Unrestricted, Individualized Care: Insurance companies often limit the number of visits or dictate what types of therapy are allowed. Being an out-of-network therapist I have the freedom to treat the root cause of your condition using a whole-body approach.

  • Undivided Attention: Traditional in-network clinics may juggle multiple patients at once, passing you off to aides or assistants. Out-of-network care ensures you are with just one highly trained PT your whole session.

  • Faster Access to Care: In-network hospital or large clinic systems frequently have waitlists stretching 3-8 months. Typically you will be able to get an appointment within a few days or week.

  • Decreased Total Visits: Because the care is more focused, intensive, and tailored, patients often resolve their issues in fewer total sessions.

How to Offset Costs

A "superbill” will be provided to you upon request which you can submit to your insurance company to utilize your out-of-network benefits. Frequently you will have to meet your deductible to then get reimbursed for your care.

You can also often use HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds to cover the upfront costs
